Analytics

The number you need is in there somewhere. Ask for it, and get the query behind it.

Contacts, deals, tickets, invoices: they already sit in one warehouse. Ask Smooth Operator in plain words and it finds or writes the query, gives you the answer, and pins it to a dashboard when you say so.

  • 44 ready-made queries
  • Ad-hoc SQL for the rest
  • Dashboards change on your yes

Ask the way you’d ask a colleague. Get numbers you can check.

Smooth Operator picks a ready-made query or writes one, says which it used, and asks before it changes a dashboard.

Every card is a query. Open any one and see how it’s counted.

The Executive Overview dashboard: total contacts, pipeline value, customer satisfaction, deals by stage, contacts over time, and tickets by status.
An Executive Overview dashboard. Each card is a ready-made query or a saved one, over the last 30 days.

What it can already answer

Tickets by status, resolution time, CSAT, SLA breaches
Conversations
Volume by channel, outcomes, escalation rate

It owns the execution. You own the constraints.

It only ever reads your organization.

Every query, ready-made or written on the spot, has to carry your organization’s filter or it doesn’t run.

Questions can look, never touch.

Ad-hoc SQL is SELECT only. Asking a question can’t change a single record.

Dashboards change on your yes.

Creating a dashboard, adding a card, or changing one waits for your approval. Reading them doesn’t.

It sees what your role sees.

Without analytics access on your role, Smooth Operator can’t run a query for you either.

Every tool has an off switch.

An admin can turn query or dashboard tools off for the whole organization.

  • It only reads your organization.
  • A question never changes a record.
  • Dashboards change on your yes.

Fair questions

The questions people ask first. Straight answers.

Will this replace my team?

No. It takes the pulling and pasting, so the person who used to spend Monday morning building the numbers spends it deciding what to do about them. Every answer shows how it was worked out, and nothing lands on a shared dashboard until someone says yes.

Do I need to know SQL?

No. Ask in plain words. Most questions match one of the 44 ready-made queries. When none fits, Smooth Operator writes one, and you can keep it as a saved query if you want it again.

Where does the data come from?

From the rest of Smoo: your CRM, support tickets, conversations, invoices, and work orders sync into one warehouse, so there’s nothing to connect.

How far back does it go?

CRM, ticket, and conversation rows stay ready to query for 14 days; older history moves to cold storage. Invoices keep their full history, which is why aging buckets reach past 90 days.

Can I share a dashboard?

Yes. Dashboards belong to your organization, so anyone whose role can read analytics sees the same numbers, refreshed every time it’s opened.

How is this different from a BI tool?

A BI tool starts with connecting data and learning a query builder. Here the data is already in one place, and you ask Smooth Operator the way you’d ask a colleague. ChatGPT helps you think. Smooth Operator does the work, inside your business.

Monday’s numbers, ready before Monday. Ask once, keep the card.
