Billing and your plan

Manage subscriptions and invoicing.

Your plan decides which products appear at all. Roles decide who among your team can reach them.

How to

    Start with your subscriptions: their status and the current period.

    Click Manage payment & plans to change your payment method, download invoices, or switch or cancel a plan.

    It opens the secure payment portal. Only people allowed to manage the subscription see the button.

    To see why a feature is on or off for your organization, open Admin → Entitlements.

  4. 4

    To unlock a locked section, open it under More tools in the sidebar and follow its upgrade link.
